Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS 
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by valid 
credit card details and the card will promptly be charged the full value of 
the booking (usually within 24hrs). 

The prices indicated are per room or site, for the number of people and 
the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages). 

All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% 
GST. All accounts must be settled directly with Fitzroy Beach Holiday 
Park in New Zealand dollars. 

You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation. Proof of ID may be 
required on arrival and presentation of a credit card (it does not need to 
be the same card as used for booking). 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 
All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to your 
arrival. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. All 
such cancellations will incur a $20 administration fee, plus any amount 
charged to the park though your booking agent. 

For cancellations later than 14 days, but not less than 48hrs from your 
arrival date, the total price of your total reservation will be charged 
(unless the accommodation can be resold). 

If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 
100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and 
cancellation of nights after arrival. 

Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no 
cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes 
permitted. Please read park rules & information on website, including Dog policy. 

Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original 
transaction.
